Thai Legal Protection (TLP) was incorporated by David Lam - Managing Partner. He brings over 20 years of experience assisting expats and Thais alike with legal issues in Thailand and all visa issues inside Thailand and abroad. 

 

Thai Legal Protection was created because people need a reliable resource to turn to for immigration and visa issues,  as well as all other issues related to Thai law.  

 

Our members are entitled to call us with questions about any area of Thai law and all visa issues for Thailand and abroad. This also includes a limited number of reviewing of contracts before you sign and letters and phone calls on your behalf each month to resolve disputes. Service can be provided in English, Thai, Chinese, French, and Russian. Through our 24 hour emergency hotline, members can call anytime day or night to get help on the spot from both Thai and English-speaking attorneys for emergencies such as accidents and trouble with the police.

 

The average person is not well-versed in the law. Our members have the advantage of avoiding costly legal fees by becoming educated in handling similar matters by themselves after consulting with our network of professionals.
